Leave Policy

Annual Leave: Employees are entitled to 12 days of annual leave per year (2 per month) as prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra regulations. This leave accrues throughout the year and must be availed with prior approval from the relevant supervisor or manager.

Sick Leave: Employees are granted 6 days of paid sick leave per year as per the statutory provisions. Medical certificates may be required for sick leave exceeding a specified duration as per the company's guidelines.

Maternity and Paternity Leave: Female employees are eligible for maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefit Act, and male employees are entitled to paternity leave as per the Paternity Benefit Act. The company ensures compliance with these acts for employees seeking parental leave.

Casual Leave: Employees may avail a certain number of days of casual leave for unforeseen circumstances or urgent personal matters subject to prior approval. These leaves do not accumulate and must be used within the specified timeframe.

Special Leave: Employees may be granted special leave for specific reasons such as bereavement, marriage, or family emergencies as per the company's policy and applicable regulations.

Leave Encashment: Employees may have the option to encash a portion of their unused leave at the end of the year, subject to the company's leave encashment policy and legal provisions.

Compliances: The company ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act, Leave Policy Act, or any other relevant legislation enforced by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.
